| Description: | The MUSC Transplant Support Group is for patients and/or caregivers who are currently on the waiting list for a transplant or have already had one. The groups are facilitated by a social worker and a nurse from the transplant center and a speaker usually comes to discuss a transplant-related topic. Please call for more information. |
