Healthy Connections (Medicaid) is South Carolina's grant-in-aid program by which the federal and state governments share the cost of providing medical care for needy persons who have low income. Assistance is provided for Medicaid beneficiaries and service providers. This office will provide assistance in registering for Medicaid benefits, choosing the right plan, finding a local provider, and will help with appeals. |
