| Description: | Provides midwifery services including pregnancy, birth, postpartum care as well as gynecological care - annual exams, Pap smears, birth control, and treatment of minor gynecolgocial conditions. Also provides services in natural childbirth, waterbirth and vaginal birth after cesarean. Certified nurse-midwifes attend births at Greenville Memorial Hospital where they are trained in maternity care. There is also a birthing center on site. Greenville OB GYN Associates, Piedmont OB/GYN and Premier Women's Care also offer midwife services through Greenville Midwifery Care. |
