Description:Tri-County Crisis Stabilization Center is operating under the auspices of the Charleston Dorchester Mental Health Center; its primary mission is to serve clients with serious and persistent mental illness. This center is a 10-bed facility that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Major insurances are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid.
