Description:Morris Village is a 160-bed inpatient addiction treatment facility of the South Carolina Department of Mental Health. It is a specialized hospital licensed by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and accredited by The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF). Morris Village provides evaluation, detoxification, crisis stabilization and treatment of chemical dependence. Services include medical care, group therapy, activity therapy, family education and therapy, ropes course, preparation for Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA), relapse prevention planning and case management. South Carolina residents over the age of 18 are eligible for admission to Morris Village.
