| Description: | This is a federally funded program that helps coordinate medical care for people living with HIV/AIDS. It is an Early Intervention Service program designed to help improve the quality and availability of healthcare for people with HIV/AIDS. Patients must meet federal income guidelines and may or may not have insurance. Services include doctor care, medications, dental care, mental healthcare, support groups, substance abuse treatment, assistance with insurance payments, case management, and wellness care. Also has a health center that provides free or low cost sexual health services that are open to everyone, including those who are HIV negative. |
