| Description: | To qualify for care at VIM you must meet the following requirements: You or a member of your immediate family (parent, spouse, adult child) living in the same household must reside or work on Hilton Head or Daufuskie Islands. You must be a resident for a minimum of 3 months in order to be eligible for services. VIM does not cover individuals whose injuries are covered by Workers Compensation. Your family income must be less than 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. You must have no medical insurance. All patients are encouraged to schedule an appointment so that we have the appropriate medical specialist available. You may schedule a medical appointment by phone or in person between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Services include family medicine, internal medicine, dental services, mental health and a pharmacy. |
