American Academy of Pediatrics
The AAP is a professional membership organization of pediatricians, pediatric medical subspecialists, and pediatric surgical specialists. The Web site has information for the academy's members and for the public. Select You and Your Family from the menu bar for resources about many aspects of child and family health and well-being. Some of these must be purchased, but there are online resources. Learn about the different pediatric specialists in the Pediatrics Subspecialist Fact Sheets. You can search for a pediatrician in your area using the pediatrician referral service. Health information by topic is found in Patient Education Information from the Medem Medical Library.
