Description:This is a free prescription savings card for individuals and families who have limited or no prescription drug coverage on their health insurance. This card can be used for all name-brand and generic medications, including drugs that are not usually covered under traditional insurance (anti-depressants, creames, cessation medicines, and diabetic supplies).

Description:Communicare is a non-profit agency that coordinates a statewide network of volunteer physicians, healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies. This allows us to offer donated prescriptions and limited health services to uninsured, low-to-medium income individuals in South Carolina. Communicare prescriptive medications are filled at no charge. Our network of physicians volunteer to see qualified Communicare patients at no charge for one visit per year in their offices.
