Healthy Connections and Partners for Healthy Children

Healthy Connections Kids and Partners for Healthy Children are health insurance programs for children under the age of 19 from families with low income. If your children do not have health insurance, they may be eligible, even if you are working. These programs help with visits to the doctor, prescriptions, hospitalizations and other types of health care. They are funded through the federal Medicaid and State Children's Health Insurance Programs.
