This is a private site developed by doctors to address health issues specific to African American women. Its stated goal is "to provide information that will help them live happier, healthier, and more productive lives." The material found at this site explains the reasons some diseases occur at a higher rate for this group than for others and what black women can do about it. There are also many articles on lifestyle issues, exercise, diet and relationships.
