Description:A long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) specializing in treating patients who have had pulmonary disorder, major surgery, trauma or any condition requiring extended hospitalization. Typically, patients have complex medical conditions, need various forms of rehabilitation, and need care longer than is provided in a traditional hospital setting. Most patients remain in care for an average of 25 days. The hospital's program is built around three key services: Pulmonary care, Stroke care, and Rehabilitation. 97 licensed beds. Also has a 25-bed skilled nursing facility.
