Description:The Hollings Cancer Center (HCC) at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, designated a National Cancer Institute in March 2009, offers a comprehensive range of cancer screening, treatment services, support, pharmaceutical services, cancer prevention, cancer information, and innovative research programs to benefit people throughout South Carolina and the southeastern region of the country. The Hollings Cancer Center provides outpatient cancer treatment options for adults, including chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. Pediatric oncology services are located in the MUSC Children's Hospital to better meet the unique needs of children.
