Description: | This group of services is offered in Anderson, Oconee and Pickens counties. The Child and Adolescent Outpatient Treatment program offers psychiatric services to individuals and their families. School Based Services are also offered in all three counties. Individuals are usually referred by school personnel and family members. Intensive in-home psychiatric services, through the Family Preservation Program, are offered to assist families at risk of becoming fragmented. The Children's Alternative to Placement (CAP) is designed to assist children with special emotional or behavioral needs. The program offers both Behavioral intervention and Caregiver Services. Caregiver Service is designed to develop or improve a caregivers ability to care for the behaviorally disturbed child. The Juvenile Status Offenders Program in Anderson county is available to provide counseling and supportive services to adolescents and their families. |
