South Carolina Primary Health Care Association

Select SC Community Health Centers from the menu on the left. Then select Find a Community Health Center. These are "community owned and operated, not for profit corporations that provide services to medically underserved areas, primarily in communities with few or no primary care providers." Services include preventive and primary care, labs and x-rays, family planning, well child and immunizations, and other. Services vary at each health center.
